This policy explains the privacy practices of the Versts of Feelings mobile application (the "Application") and its related web services (Collectively will be referred to as "the Services"). It describes the ways we collect and use your personal information and the rights and options available to you.
In this policy, the term 'personal information' means any information that may be used with reasonable efforts to identify you, such as a first and last name, home address, phone number and email addresses. The Application does not store or collect any personal information.
The Services use user's location. The information is not stored, but is sent over the Internet over a secure connection, in order to provide the user with a list of closest Points of Interest. The Application's Virtual Storyteller functionality also accesses camera, but the visual content from camera does not leave the user's device and is not stored. The Application provides the user with contact information for various third party institutions and businesses, but we do not take responsibility about how they process the information that the user might provide to them. It is the user's responsibility to be reasonable about what information they share with the third parties.
